MOSCOW, Sep 24 (PRIME) -- The output of Russia’s anti-coronavirus vaccine can increase to 10 million doses by the end of December, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) CEO Kirill Dmitriev told reporters on Thursday.
“We expect that production of the vaccine will reach millions of doses already in November or December. We hope that we will reach the output of around 10 million doses by the end of December… And, of course, Russia will become the first country that will actually ensure successful vaccination of the entire population against the coronavirus,” he said.
Dmitriev also said that Russia has received requests for 1.2 billion doses of the vaccine.
